Kidney and heart disease can be a deadly combination. You need to do all you can to avoid this dangerous duo attack on your health. Of course there are other causes that lead to kidney and heart disease as well. It is so important to be watchful and that you work hard to make sure that you never have to deal with this deadly combination of diseases. More than likely you will find that if you have to deal with kidney and heart disease together, you probably will not live to tell about it.

Monitor your health closely to prevent kidney and heart disease. Get regular check ups from your doctor. Listen to and follow the advice given by your doctor. Have your blood pressure checked regularly. High blood pressure, technically known as hypertension, can lead to kidney failure.
