Kidney and Heart Disease – They Could Be A Deadly Combination
Kidney and heart disease can be a deadly combination. You need to do all you can to avoid this dangerous duo attack on your health. The outcome of having both kidney and heart disease at the same time is most likely fatal. You can’t take your good health for granted, and because of this, it is important that you maintain your good health by eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and making sure to have regular doctors’ appointments.
Each organ in the body is important if you want to have a happy and healthy life; however, one of the most important organs in your body is your heart. Heart disease in itself can be quite challenging to treat, but when you combine with it the failure of another major organ, like the kidneys, it can be fatal.
Kidney and Heart Disease
There are many coronary diseases that actually affect the kidneys too, which is why kidney and heart disease often go hand in hand. The kidneys, which work to get rid of wastes from the body, can be damaged by a variety of things. The following are a partial list, and you’ll see that a couple are heart disease related:
- Injury to the kidney
- Blood disorders that affect your heart too
- Acute tubular necrosis, which occurs when the kidneys don’t get enough oxygen or the renal artery has a blockage or narrowing
- Acute septicemia or other infections
- Decreased blood flow to the kidneys
- Myoglobin found in the urine
- Being overexposed to things like solvents, metals, certain medications, and radioactive materials.
Of course there are other causes that lead to kidney and heart disease as well. It is so important to be watchful and that you work hard to make sure that you never have to deal with this deadly combination of diseases. More than likely you will find that if you have to deal with kidney and heart disease together, you probably will not live to tell about it.
Prevention of Kidney and Heart Disease is Easier Than the Cure
Monitor your health closely to prevent kidney and heart disease. Get regular check ups from your doctor. Listen to and follow the advice given by your doctor. Have your blood pressure checked regularly. High blood pressure, technically known as hypertension, can lead to kidney failure.
Being aware of the deadly combination of kidney and heart disease and how to prevent it will help to give you a long, healthy life. Understand the diseases and you’ll be able to work to prevent them from happening to you. Often people who have a heart attack or kidney failure have no idea that they have a problem until they found themselves in a life threatening situation. Take control of your health and life, and take care of your body today.

I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune kidney ailment. My nephrologist told me that when my BP shoots up, my glumeruli is affected and vice-versa. She said there must be constant balance and I must confess it hasn’t been easy. But I am trying. I use ACE Inhibitors as a maintenance drug also took extra virgin coconut/olive oil for almost two years. Five years have passed. I am still here. Thank God!
Cheers!

Isn’t it normal that we think that we are not having any problem? I was in the similar misconception when I came to know that I was having an abnormal ECG, on the health checkup day on my school campus. It was an exaggerating surprise for me. I was really shocked to know that I was facing some problem of heart. I immediately got my advanced test done from the nearby diagnostic centre. But doctors didn’t find anything unusual. I wasn’t sure he was really a doctor or just a person who knows to take some test and show us the result. I was at all not satisfied with what doctor there informed me. I thought of getting done my advanced diagnostic test where specialists of this field would have my diagnosis. I then got all advance diagnostic test in EliteHealth Medical practice in Miami. There they were able to find that I was having a deformation in tricuspid valve. It was from birth and was getting deformed increasingly. Then, all the tests were carried out there, got treated as soon as possible, and right now I am leading a very comfortable life than ever before. You can find some important information regarding the advanced diagnosis check up from http://www.elitehealth.com/adv.....esting.php. So this experience led me to a conclusion that one should never leave a chance to anyone who is not proficient in their field. It was better that I got everything one at the right time, otherwise, it would have been too late to know.
